From the 1930's to Today
We have been providing high quality veterinary care to the inner loop Houston area since the 1930’s when Dr. R.D. Ward began Ward Memorial Veterinary Practice. The practice was renamed Central Houston Animal Hospital and was relocated to the current location on Westheimer in the early 1970’s. Prior to becoming our current home, the building served as a local dry cleaner and a furniture retail store. In 2008, Dr. Lucy Faulkner purchased Central Houston Animal Hospital and is committed to continuing to provide the highest quality veterinary care possible by focusing on the individual patient and owner’s concerns. Our staff of doctors, veterinary technicians, receptionist, and kennel technicians works as a team to provide a stress free environment for our clients and patients.
